and east. that's the way it stands right now. the east bay continuing with light rain from hayward, fremont, to union city. and you've got light rain and walnut creek, san ramon, and this is your stretch this morning. slick roads. ponding on those roadway, and again, the winds, strong this morning, but again, beginning to die down. a look here. livermore, the gusts were to 24 miles an hour in the last hour. we have turned calm now. at least for the time being. overall, around the bay area, i'm just watching as they lighten up as we progress through the morning hours. sfo had wind gusts to 30 miles an hour. and those have lightened up as well. and take a look at all of that snow. almost five feet of snow expected by the weekend. and in the snow level ride, about 5,000 feet. take a look at the foothill, placerville, being hammered right now, and that is hammered into the sierra. if you are headed into the sierra, a word of caution, take it easy out there. the winter storm warning will continue, until tomorrow night. and you know how it goes, right? you need a full tank of gas and snacks in th
